We want you to love your new frames, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn eyewear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your items in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Frames

  Carefully place the eyewear, along with the original case, cleaning cloth, and any authenticity certificates, back into the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
